Provide clear strategic guidance, hands-on mentorship, and daily support to our Production Supervisors and front-line technicians across our complex workflows, including Honeycomb Processing (Expansion and Dip Tanks), Saws, Thermal Forming, Blanking, Hand Layout, and Structural Bonding. Develop Future Leaders :
Invest time in coaching supervisors, paving clear paths for their upward mobility and professional achievement. Engage Directly :

Team up with Materials Planning, Client Relations, and Purchasing to sync master manufacturing calendars, secure incoming supplies, and quote dependable lead times. Unify Departments:
Cooperate closely with Maintenance crews to secure equipment dependability and sync with Human Resources to handle strategic hiring, workforce design, and retention programs. Utilize Systems:
