is seeking a dynamic, people-first Production Manager to guide operations within our production areas. Areas of Accountability Team Empowerment & Floor Operations Direct & Elevate:
Provide clear strategic guidance, hands-on mentorship, and daily support to our Production Supervisors and front-line technicians across our complex workflows, including Honeycomb Processing (Expansion and Dip Tanks), Saws, Thermal Forming, Blanking, Hand Layout, and Structural Bonding.
Develop Future Leaders :
Invest time in coaching supervisors, paving clear paths for their upward mobility and professional achievement.
Engage Directly :
Maintain an active, supportive presence directly where the work happens—acting as a visible partner who jumps in to safeguard operational flow and team spirit.
Exceed Milestones :
Keep diverse teams aligned to reliably satisfy manufacturing schedules, surpass rigorous quality standards, and honor delivery promises to clients.
Safety Leadership & Workplace Morale Prioritize Health:
Maintain a secure, fully compliant, and welcoming production floor where employees realize they are safe, valued, and respected.
Cultivate Connection:

Continuous Improvement & Innovation Refine Systems:
Review and leverage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint smart opportunities for enhancing shifting workflows, maximizing cell efficiency, and reducing machine downtime.
Scale Effectively:
Align with our Quality and Engineering departments to introduce fresh product lines and establish smooth, scalable procedures as our physical facility expands.
Inspire Progress :
Oversee lean and continuous improvement programs, inviting front-line crew members to pitch innovative ideas for workspace optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy Coordinate Schedules:
Team up with Materials Planning, Client Relations, and Purchasing to sync master manufacturing calendars, secure incoming supplies, and quote dependable lead times.
Unify Departments:
Cooperate closely with Maintenance crews to secure equipment dependability and sync with Human Resources to handle strategic hiring, workforce design, and retention programs.
Utilize Systems:
Master and deploy our native ECC ERP software to balance inventory levels, manage floor supplies, and interpret manufacturing data accurately.
Qualifications & Talents You Offer Empathetic Leadership :
A history of successfully motivating, directing, and advancing diverse labor teams inside a fast-moving manufacturing plant.
Expansion Adaptability :
A comprehensive grasp of complex industrial layouts, master scheduling, and fluid scaling practices during corporate growth spurts.
Data-Driven Problem Solving:
Skill in interpreting manufacturing data and metrics to boost floor performance and resolve systemic production delays.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills:

Technical Literacy:
Comfort using the Microsoft Office suite; direct familiarity with ERP environments is highly valued (prior use of EC applications is an asset).
Background:
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional history marked by milestone advancement (5+ years within industrial manufacturing).
