Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 About the Role We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead capital investment and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects aligned with key business priorities: safety, quality, delivery, and cost . Key Responsibilities Manage capital projects aligned with organizational strategy Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget Own project portfolio and coordinate with local and global teams Prepare and review contracts; secure legal, EHS, and management approvals Allocate and manage project resources effectively within budget Lead cross-functional teams across finance, engineering, operations, and procurement Oversee smooth project handoff to internal stakeholders (Quality, Maintenance, etc.) Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operations strategy Report project progress and performance to leadership/steering committees Partner with technical teams for applications and engineering support Monitor market trends and support sales planning/tracking efforts Support development of training materials, events, and marketing coordination Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (required) Minimum 3+ years of experience in capital equipment project management Experience managing projects involving $1M-$2M investments Strong mechanical background Proficiency with project management tools/methodologies (MS Project, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) Experience with AutoCAD or drafting software Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proven experience with financial modeling, capital budgeting, and ROI analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience in automation or Industry 4.0 (I4.0) environments Why Apply?
