Sinkro Position Summary Sinkro is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Services Manager to support our customers and drive product performance in the field. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between Sinkro and our customers, ensuring successful product implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This is a customer-facing role that requires regular travel, including weekly visits to customer sites and overnight stays. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing hands-on support and expertise Conduct regular on-site visits to customer facilities to support product trials, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance Collaborate with internal teams (R D, Production, Sales) to resolve technical challenges and improve formulations Lead and support product trials, scale-ups, and new product introductions Analyze customer processes and recommend improvements related to ink performance and application Document customer interactions, trial results, and technical findings Train customers on proper product use, handling, and best practices Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and presentations Travel regionally on a weekly basis, including overnight stays as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in inks, coatings, chemicals, or a related industry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a travel-heavy schedule Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently (including overnight travel) Preferred Experience Experience with ink formulation, dispersion, or pigment processing Background in printing processes (flexographic, gravure, digital, etc.) Previous experience in a technical service or field application role Work Environment & Travel Remote-based role located in Richmond, VA or the New York metro area Frequent travel required (50-70%) , including weekly customer visits Regular overnight travel is expected Why Join Sinkro Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, customer-focused organization Hands-on, impactful work directly with customers and products Collaborative team environment with strong technical support

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
