Duties Plan, organize, supervise & operate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards. Lead and motivate the production team, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor production processes for efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all manufacturing operations. Perform regular maintenance and schedule equipment inspections and repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for performance tracking and audits. Collaborate with your team & provide quality assurance to uphold product specifications and address any quality issues swiftly. Skills Proven experience in printing manufacturing & production management. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate your team. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards applicable to manufacturing. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting purposes. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset toward resolving operational challenges.
