We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and quality-driven production process. This pivotal role involves coordinating production schedules, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Develop and implement production schedules aligned with company goals and customer demands Supervise daily manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Monitor production performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for efficiency gains Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and records for audits and process reviews Implement process improvements to enhance productivity while maintaining product quality Manage inventory levels effectively to prevent shortages or excess stock Skills Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams Excellent organizational and planning abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (such as ISO or similar) Proficiency in production management software or ERP systems Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration If you are committed to operational excellence and eager to lead dynamic manufacturing processes, we encourage you to apply for this vital role.
