Job Description:
The Manufacturing Documentation Intern will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations to support the streamlining and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs). This role focuses on improving document clarity, usability, and compliance while supporting efficient and right-the-first-time manufacturing execution. Review, update, and format SOPs and BPRs in collaboration with manufacturing subject matter experts. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, remove redundancies, and improve document flow. Support standardization and harmonization of manufacturing documentation. Incorporate GMP, quality, and data integrity requirements into revised documents. Assist with document change management, including routing, revisions, and version control.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex processes into clear documentation. Experience with manufacturing environments or regulated industries preferred.
