$96,100 USD to $158,600 USD Locations Showing 1 location Franklin, WI 53132, USA Job Details Description Yaskawa is searching for a Program Manager for the Operations business unit. This role is responsible for owning cost, schedule and execution readiness from pre-Sales Order through manufacturing completion for Medium Voltage production. The position establishes and protects the financial and delivery commitments made to customers by developing accurate cost estimates, executable schedules, and risk mitigation plans. Then leading cross-functional action management across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Test and subcontractors. This role ensures material, capacity, and engineering readiness align with production and test schedules: manages changes to protect margin and delivery; and drives issue escalation, communication, and resolution. the expected end result is predictable execution, protected margins, on-time delivery, controlled change, and continuous improvement through captured lessons learned, enabling the business to profitably deliver the Medium Voltage product. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or manufacturing within an engineered to order or complex industrial environment Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving engineered electrical or power equipment Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, engineering change management, and supply chain dependencies Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills Experience with VFD systems, Medium Voltage drives, power electronics, switchgear, or industrial automation Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, or Six Sigma methodologies Program or project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments Proficient PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and data base software. Knowledge of various Project Management software including Microsoft Project Creative problem solving abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to internal and external customer service. Ability to set priorities and meet predetermined deadlines.
