With a rotating menu of over 450 items, we proudly deliver the largest variety of fresh products to our partners. We specialize in high-quality private label products and are dedicated to maintaining exceptional service standards for our customers. Join a team that values freshness, innovation, and collaboration in providing delicious food solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in De Pere, WI. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, and managing a safe and organized manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, developing production plans, optimizing manufacturing processes, managing plant staff, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Plant Manager will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and actively contribute to achieving organizational goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field is preferred 10+ years of industry experience with progressive management duties. 5+ years of management experience. Servant leader disposition Thorough knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience operating in an ERP-based production environment. Awareness of and experience with food and people safety, including industry standards such as SQF as well as FDA and OSHA standards.
