Position Overview Pharmacal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manufacturing Salesperson to lead and expand its contract manufacturing business. This individual will work directly with leadership and play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and overseeing contract manufacturing initiatives from opportunity through execution. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, project management, operations, and strategic business development. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities by leveraging Pharmacal's manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio Manage and grow existing contract manufacturing and private label relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for contract manufacturing partners and private label customers Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to improve profitability and execution Create and manage project timelines to ensure successful product launches and customer deliverables Oversee project management activities including financial review, manufacturing coordination, regulatory compliance, stability verification, and documentation Help develop store brand and private label offerings with retail partners Support the creation of sales presentations, customer proposals, and marketing materials Qualifications & Core Competencies Experience in contract manufacturing and/or private label sales for OTC consumer products Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational efficiencies, and product commercialization Knowledge of FDA and/or EPA guidelines preferred Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to assess project viability and profitability Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset Proficiency in PowerPoint and related business tools Driver's License preferred Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Bonus Opportunity Reporting Structure This position reports directly to leadership.
