Job Description

Lead the Heat. Drive the Process. Make an Impact. Position Summary This isn't just another operations role — this is your opportunity to Manage the heart of the operation . As the Manager over our Melt, Cast, and Recycling operations, you'll take ownership of performance, people, and process—driving efficiency, quality, and safety while shaping how work gets done. You'll lead through strategy and action, influencing everything from daily production to long-term growth. What You'll Do Own the
Operation:
Lead and coordinate Melt, Cast, and Recycling teams to consistently hit production, safety, and quality targets
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working
Optimize Performance:
Maximize the use of materials, equipment, and labor to improve output and reduce waste
Champion Safety:
Partner with EHS to maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment Use Data to
Lead:
Establish and track key metrics to measure success and uncover opportunities
Develop Your Team:
Identify training needs and help build a stronger, more capable workforce
Control Costs & Quality:
Monitor production costs and product quality, adjusting processes to meet business goals
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to improve capabilities and performance Shape the
Future:
