Build the Team. Drive the Operation. Keiding, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead operations at our molded pulp production facility. This is not a desk-only leadership role — we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, holds high standards, and knows how to build a strong, accountable team. If you're the kind of leader who values efficiency, safety, consistency, and continuous improvement, we'd like to talk. What You'll Do Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams Keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule Drive accountability, performance, and process consistency Reduce downtime, waste, and operational issues Partner with maintenance, quality, shipping, and sales teams Use data and problem-solving to improve operations Help build scalable systems for long-term growth What We're Looking For 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong operational and people leadership skills Experience managing supervisors and production staff Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement Ability to make tough decisions and hold standards Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment ERP and manufacturing software experience preferred Why Keiding?
