Job Description:
Senior Director of Inventory Milwaukee, WI (Relocation Available) A fast-growing, family-owned food manufacturer is seeking a Senior Director of Inventory to lead enterprise-wide inventory operations across multiple manufacturing sites and 3PL locations. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on improving inventory accuracy, reducing inventory adjustments, strengthening operational discipline, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key areas of focus:
  • Enterprise inventory strategy and execution
  • Multi-site and 3PL inventory management
  • Inventory accuracy and process improvement
  • Cross-functional collaboration across operations, supply chain, finance, and procurement
  • Building a high-accountability, people-centric culture
  • Leading change in a fluid, rapidly growing business
Requirements:
  • Strong WMS experience
  • Oracle Fusion experience required
  • Background leading inventory operations across multiple sites
  • Experience within food manufacturing or complex manufacturing environments preferred
  • Proven change management and leadership capability
