Job Description:
Manager-In-Training Responsibilities Collaborate and support plant management to learn leadership as well as insight into the development and strategy of the facility. Learn all facets of the business including operations, manufacturing, production, engineering, customer service, sales and marketing, and finance Build and maintain knowledge of all products and processes within the facility Support the management team on a daily basis Qualifications Completion of either a Bachelor's or Associate's preferred Possess a desire and motivation to learn and grow with a manufacturing company Ability to work collaboratively with a team and work cross-functionally with multiple departments within the plant
