Position Summary:
DOTCOM is seeking an experienced Coax Splicing Supervisor to lead splicing crews performing maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of coaxial networks. This role ensures signal quality, system integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise coax splicing crews and daily field operations Perform and oversee splicing, balancing, and activation of coax systems Troubleshoot RF and signal issues across the network Ensure work meets quality, safety, and client specifications Read and interpret system maps, prints, and schematics Monitor production and maintain daily reports Coordinate with project managers and construction teams Train and mentor splicing technicians Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications:
3+ years of coax splicing experience required Supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of RF systems, signal flow, and network design Experience with test equipment (signal meters, analyzers, etc.) Ability to read prints and system documentation Valid driver's license with clean record Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to DOTCOM's values:

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
