Onsite Position Join Komatsu and Be Part of Something Big! Each LCM Coordinator is responsible for administering Agreements at the Mine to which they are assigned. The Coordinator will be focused solely on the Equipment that are subject to the Agreement. The Coordinator shall be technical in background and able to administer all job duties.
JOB DUTIES
1. Contract Administration 2. Collect, manage, and evaluate a Delivered Value Index of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for improvement opportunities. 3. Consult with Mine maintenance personnel to develop, implement, and monitor enhance preventative maintenance programs. 4. Lead quarterly review teams that assess machine perofmranc,e availability improvements, material usage, and utilization enhancements.. 5. Develop and coordiantoe routine machine inspections. 6
Inventory:
a. Complete rgular inventory checks with warehouse personnel b. Monitor material usage to determine correct stocking requirements. c. Evaluate high usage items determinng cause/correctove actions. 7. Work with mine personnel to determine machine requirements. 8. Coordinate rebuild and commissioning activities with Komatsu manufacturing sites. 9. Coordiante operator and maintenance training requirements. 10. Evaluate down tiem occurrences for potential improvements opportunities 11. Submit regular updates to Mine management, Mach management and Komatsu personnel. 12. Assist Mine Personnel in evaluating electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical failures.
