2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor 2nd shift 430pm - 1am Monday - Friday •Production Supervisors come in 20-30 minutes early to prepare for the shift & stay after the shift to send reports etc. •Overtime and weekend work mandatory as needed. The main duties for this position are to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the production staff. Ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficacy in a challenging environment. Review and submit daily production reports in a timely manner. Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence. Assist with inventory activities. Production Supervisor:

Forklift Certified. Knowledge of automotive requirements/planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate level in Excel and Outlook or above 2+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position. High School Diploma required; degree in a relevant area will be a bonus.
