Lead the Line Where Precision Meets Performance A forward-thinking heavy industrial manufacturer in Little Rock, Arkansas , is seeking an experienced Production Manager Final Assembly to lead and shape the final assembly operation from the ground up. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on production manager who excels in electro-mechanics, assembly operations, and team development—and who takes pride in delivering high-quality, inspection-ready products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Hours & Pay Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Salary:
$70,000+ annually, depending on experience

What You'll Do Lead, develop, and manage final assembly and electro-mechanical production teams Promote a safety-first culture, enforce policies, and escalate violations when needed Ensure compliance with quality standards and reduce internal defects Meet production volume targets and delivery deadlines with flexibility Improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize labor and equipment resources Maintain and enhance cleanliness, organization, and assembly flow Optimize logistics processes and reduce in-process inventory Train, schedule, and manage employee performance, attendance, and leave Monitor and reduce unnecessary energy consumption Drive continuous improvement initiatives across final assembly operations What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in manufacturing operations or a related field strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience managing production teams in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment Required hands-on experience with electromechanical and assembly line operations Automotive and/or heavy industrial manufacturing background required Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices Experience hiring production staff and mentoring teams for long-term success Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP systems, production operations, or inventory management software Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Ready to Lead Final Assembly Excellence?
