This role focuses on production leadership, crew coordination, and maintaining workflow. Quality control is handled by our in‑house QC team, allowing the foreman to stay focused on pace, organization, and output. Responsibilities Lead and direct daily shop activities and crew assignments Maintain workflow, production pace, and material organization Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Support fabricators with layout, fitting, and problem‑solving Enforce safety standards and proper equipment use Coordinate with project managers, QC, and field teams Maintain a clean, efficient, and well‑organized shop environment Qualifications 3-5 years of steel fabrication experience 1+ year as a lead, working foreman, or bay lead Strong blueprint reading and fabrication knowledge Ability to manage crews and maintain production schedules Solid communication and leadership skills No QC certifications required — QC is handled in‑house Why Join Us Stable, year‑round work Fast‑paced environment with growth opportunities Supportive leadership and clear expectations Competitive pay based on experience
