In this role you will report directly to the Warehouse & Inventory Manager. This position blends logistics coordination, warehouse leadership, crew management, and technical awareness. The AV Production Fulfillment Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring every event is properly prepared, fully equipped, and operationally supported before it leaves the warehouse. This role carries direct ownership and accountability for fulfillment across all events, ensuring equipment, logistics, and event resources are prepared accurately and on schedule. You will work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate equipment preparation, prep workflows, truck packs, and logistics to support successful event execution. Being a communication hub between the onsite event team and the warehouse, receiving and responding to real-time requests, updates, and changing event needs is a critical function of this role. Key ResponsibilitiesShow Prep & Fulfillment Ownership Take ownership of show preparation and warehouse fulfillment processes Ensure all events leave the warehouse correctly packed, organized, and fully supported Maintain accountability for gear completeness based on pull sheets, revisions, and additional requests Coordinate between project managers, sales teams, technical staff, and warehouse crews to ensure event requirements are fulfilled accurately Help identify and resolve potential equipment or logistics issues before load-out Equipment Handling & Warehouse Operations Manage the outgoing and incoming process of AV equipment Verify accuracy of pull sheets and outbound equipment Oversee the equipment return process, including documentation, inspection, and repacking Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning gear Ensure high-value equipment is properly handled and stored Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and storage areas Support global inventory accuracy and organization methods Logistics & Scheduling Assist with weekly truck packing plans and warehouse workflows Coordinate vehicle assignments for events and deliveries when needed Help manage quick turns, overlapping shows, and changing production schedules Support load-outs, returns, and event preparation timelines Support fleet cleanliness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues Team Supervision & Coordination Oversee the floor operations of warehouse staff, drivers, and support crew members Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow productivity Help ensure safe, efficient, and accurate truck packs Assist with onboarding and training of team members Support department leads and maintain clear operational communication Technical Oversight Maintain familiarity with common live event AV equipment Understand basic audio, video, lighting, and signal flow concepts Ensure proper cable handling and prep standards Help identify technical issues before equipment leaves the warehouse Communication & Collaboration Communicate with account managers, project managers, technical supervisors, and warehouse staff regarding show requirements and logistics Assist with operational planning and communication when management is unavailable Maintain strong communication between departments during high-volume production periods Process Improvement Help improve warehouse workflows and prep/check procedures Support operational efficiency and preventative maintenance practices Assist in developing systems that reduce prep and return errors and improve event success Qualifications Requires flexibility to work a varied schedule based on operational needs and seasonal workload fluctuations Experience in live event production, AV operations, warehouse logistics, or production coordination preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience in the live event AV industry is required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership experience supervising crews or operational teams is desirable Strong understanding of professional audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Extensive knowledge on warehouse operations and safe practices Forklift, box truck, or towing experience is a plus Ability to lift and move production equipment as needed Proficiency at using computers and software Prior experience with warehouse operations software is preferred OSHA, forklift, and other warehouse safety certifications are preferred What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and understands the importance of operational accuracy in live events.
