Food Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in a food processing environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
• Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets
• Maintain equipment by overseeing regular maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Implement and enforce sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Enforce the Food Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) Qualifications
• 2 years of prior experience in food processing or a related industry
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong understanding of basic math for inventory and production tracking
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
