Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world's leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters.

Pay:
$90,000•$100,000 per year The Manufacturing Logistics Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily logistics operations including receiving, stockroom management, inventory control, and shipping activities. This position is responsible for leading a team of logistics personnel while ensuring that materials and products move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the manufacturing operations area . The supervisor ensures operational processes align with company objectives, quality standards, and customer delivery expectations. What You'll Do Lead logistics team by driving performance and operational excellence. Execute strategic priorities with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on efficiency. Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly delivery targets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization. Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS. Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency. Develop and execute a skills training plan, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of industry standards. Provide coaching and leadership development for team leads, empowering them to succeed. Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that puts the customer first. Who You Are Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree. 2+ years of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams. Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability. Knowledge of management approaches, including scheduling, prioritization, and process execution.
