Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for supervision of first shift Food Service Production/Snack Plant. What You Will Need:
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years supervisor experience in production operations. Must have knowledge of raw material to finished product. Must maintain strict confidentiality about all aspects of job. Must have the ability to interact effectively and objectively with all levels of employees. Must have the ability to manage the work force, equipment, and product. Must be able to understand and monitor product flow. Must have the ability to train and instruct all subordinates. Must have positive attitude, willingness and ability to team build. Must have the ability to set up production using a production order sheet. Must be able to plan production schedules. Must manage daily labor on both plants Food Service and Snack Plant. Must ensure that all equipment and personnel are operating safely. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must have ability to navigate through Red-Zone. May be required to work Saturdays depending on business needs. Must have the ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment. Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
What Will Set You Apart:
Must have good knowledge of company policies. Knowledge of Grimmway Information System (GIS) is a plus.

YEAR Filling Deadline:
June 10, 2026 (Internal Employees) Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
