Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Production Team Lead to oversee production activities at our Buena Park and Fullerton facilities. This is a seasonal position estimated to end in December 2026. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish , with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily activities of production team members. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. Train, coach, and support production staff to maintain high performance and morale. Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and employee performance. Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve any production issues.

Requirements:

Bilingual:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Prior supervisory or team lead experience required. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. To travel to both sites as needed is required.
