The Role We are seeking an experienced Post Production Supervisor to serve as the operational backbone of our Post department. This role is responsible for overseeing the AE team, managing priorities and schedules, coordinating and QC-ing finishes, communicating with clients and producers, and ensuring every deliverable is completed on time and to the highest standard. The Post Production Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Head of Post and provides leadership across all facets of the department. The ideal candidate is a decisive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; technically fluent, highly organized, communicative, and deeply collaborative. Working hours are11am - 8pm. Responsibilities Prioritize and assign tasks to the Post team across all active projects; trailers, TV spots, teasers, social, and digital content Coordinate with Producers, Editors, Graphics, Music, and external finishing facilities to ensure smooth workflow from lock to delivery Oversee and QC all in-house finishes; verifying picture, audio, graphics, and technical specs before delivery Ensure AEs have all information and elements needed to properly complete preps and onlines; troubleshoot issues as they arise Oversee maintenance of current and past projects on shared storage and delivery platforms (XSAN,, Frame.io) to ensure proper archiving Train new AE hires on department workflow and processes; provide ongoing development support Identify and recommend improvements to post workflows, tools, and equipment; communicate changes to all impacted staff Answer all questions that arise throughout the post production process and troubleshoot any technical issues Ensure all internal and external communications are followed up on in a timely manner Assist the Head of Post in all departmental functions and provide coverage during absences Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or managing finishing for trailers, TV spots, or entertainment marketing materials at a trailer house, marketing agency, or post production facility Excellent written and verbal communication skills across creative, technical, and client-facing contexts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple simultaneous deliveries Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate, mentor, and maintain high standards under pressure Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder Deep understanding of digital video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, bit rates, and color spaces. Experience supervising online, color, and mix sessions Ability to read and implement finishing memos, spec sheets, and brand guides. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Professional discretion and respect for confidential materials Collaborative mindset and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with color correction workflows in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro Hands-on experience onlining and exporting final deliverables from Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve Benefits 401
