Production Supervisor

Duties Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate assembly line operations, optimizing workflow for maximum productivity and efficiency Lead, motivate, and train team members to operate machinery, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment effectively Monitor inventory levels and manage material handling using forklifts to support uninterrupted manufacturing flow Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Implement process improvements by analyzing production data and collaborating with engineering or maintenance teams Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and safety documentation to ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line supervision Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and understand technical drawings or schematics Experience operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations in manufacturing environments Excellent communication skills to coordinate between departments and convey instructions clearly Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us as a Production Supervisor and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
