In this dynamic role, you'll oversee daily production activities, coordinate teams, and implement strategies that optimize productivity while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Your proactive approach will inspire teams to meet and exceed production goals, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. Duties Monitor safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety awareness among staff. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions. 1Manage, organize and assign work to ensure effective use of manpower and facilities. Manage required quality levels and adhere to AS9100 manufacturing standard. Responsible for assigned corrective actions.

Identify and correct conditions detrimental to safety or health that might adversely affect employees, the facilities, equipment or productivity levels. Execute to production plan and support other work centers in pursuit of overall business success. Support upper management in budgeting and performance KPI's.

Execute applicable provisions of the labor agreement and maintain good employee relations. Work with manufacturing engineering and other departments, to improve productivity including routing methods and processes. Skills Proven experience in manufacturing or production management with a strong understanding of operational workflows. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing environments. Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and reporting to senior management. Experience of working within an aerospace environment Experience of working in a mixed volume environment Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on quality and safety standards. Familiarity with production management software or ERP systems is a plus.
