Salary:

$80,000

• $95,000 annually Full-Time | Exempt | 2nd Shift Direct Hire Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in corrugated packaging manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production personnel in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are achieved Monitor production schedules, staffing, waste reduction, and operational performance Train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining a positive team environment Oversee preventive maintenance completion and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams Approve employee time records and assist with performance evaluations Utilize production software, inventory systems, and job costing tools as needed Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

Corrugated packaging manufacturing experience Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory background Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing environments Experience with flexo printing and die-cut converting is a plus Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Candidate must demonstrate leadership potential and upward mobility toward a future Plant Manager role Must be open to working overtime and Saturdays as needed
