What you´ll do Supervise production employees, plans, and designs work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, operating procedures and working conditions. Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing functions. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas Manage personnel including scheduling work hours, timekeeping, and all regulatory compliance as it pertains to wage and hour regulations Supervise and perform production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation. Direct personnel actions, employee selection, training, performance appraisal, discipline, coaching, development, and safety issues Embrace our vision and values Determine manufacturing priorities based on established production schedules and assign duties to personnel. Communicate and enforce objectives, manufacturing procedures, and efficiencies. Perform incident investigations. Support safety policies and environmental responsibilities including reporting, investigations, and analysis while aiding in the implementation of safety programs as needed Maintain good housekeeping objectives (5S). Direct special projects and problem solving as required. Target productivity metrics/accountability Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Set up and execute development plans for plant personnel Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations What makes you a good fit High School Degree/GED required, College Degree Preferred 3-5 Years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and to manage cross functional teams Computer proficiency - MS Office, SAP (preferred) Willingness to work flexible hours as determined by business needs Some benefits of joining

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
