Full-Time, On-Site About Federal Strategies, LLC Federal Strategies, LLC (Fed-Strat) is a Small Business headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Fed-Strat provides professional services in support of U.S. military training, range operations, and installation support programs. We are actively recruiting for a pending contract award supporting Army TRADOC Range Operations at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California. Position Overview The Range Skilled Trades Worker Lead leads MOUT-Training Area Repair Section (M-TARS) teams in the full rehabilitation, repair, reconfiguration, and enhancement of MOUT town training structures across the NTC range complex. The Lead deploys teams, manages work requirements, and develops schedules to meet rehabilitation targets. Required Qualifications All candidates must meet each of the following requirements. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate all qualifications will not be considered. 3 years of experience performing all functions required to rehabilitate various types of training structures by deploying teams, managing work requirements, and developing work schedules in support of the MOUT-Training Area Repair Section (M-TARS) and MOUT town rehabilitation. Experience supervising work requirements with all verifiable credentials: licensing, trades, tenure, and skills. Experience with the repair, replacement, and installation of masonry and stone units, structural metal, wood, and various other materials used at the National Training Center. Familiarity with waterproofing; foam/wood and stucco siding; doors and windows installation and repair; door and window hardware installation and repair; flooring installation and repair; concrete form-work; reinforcement of training structures; welding; and finished concrete.
