Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies. Supervise daily production activities and provide direction and support to production personnel. Oversee QA and QC processes to ensure product consistency and quality standards. Monitor sanitation activities to ensure cleaning procedures are properly executed and documented. Provide daily leadership to the production team, including coaching, training, and performance management. Prepare and submit timely reports on production efficiency, metrics, and cost control. Manage inventory accuracy and ensure timely and accurate reporting to production and leadership teams. Review and process all operational documentation for compliance and alignment with company procedures. Utilize the Nutware system to track production, manage inventory, and support operational workflows. Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to ensure an efficient workflow and optimal use of resources. Communicate clearly and effectively with all departments to align operations with overall company goals. Responsibilities are not limited to the above mentioned and may include assisting other departments within reasonable and related tasks What You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Proficiency with computer systems and software; ability to learn new systems quickly. Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work full-time hours and adjust schedule as necessary to meet production needs. What Will Put You Ahead College Education Bilingual Physical Demands This position requires the ability to stand or move for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks such as handling, equipment, and materials. Clear communication in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, is essential for effective coordination with the production staff and vendors. Movement within the facility, including production areas and maintenance zones, is necessary to assist in overseeing operations. Flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work weekends or extended hours, is required to meet production demands. Work Environment This position is primarily based in a manufacturing environment, where the individual will be exposed to varying temperatures, including a cold storage area and hot production zones. The work environment may include noise, dust, and occasional exposure to fumes, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and steel-toed boots. The role involves working in both indoor and outdoor settings, with occasional exposure to hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations. The individual must be comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in areas where equipment and machinery are actively operated. As a Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintain operational efficiency, and support team performance. You will lead production personnel and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and Inventory teams to ensure product quality and operational success.
