Full-time About This Role:
We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and motivate a manufacturing team, manage daily workflows, and drive operational excellence in a busy manufacturing setting.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the daily manufacturing team, ensuring schedules and priorities are met. Oversee manufacturing capacity and plan orders to maintain efficiency and meet customer demand. Coordinate cross-departmental requests and ensure smooth workflow integration. Identify bottlenecks or shortages and proactively implement solutions. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality. Ensure all re-work materials are completed and work orders are closed accurately and on time. Collaborate with managers across operations to align manufacturing goals with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing a team of 8+ employees in a manufacturing environment. 3-5 years of experience in leading a manufacturing team and operations Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive results, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
