Job Description

ou make sure multiple edit bays have everything they need so the edit is always operating efficiently. You assist editors with all their needs so they are never waiting on footage, assets, or answers. Multiple shows, multiple bays, always moving — that is your world and you own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Make sure multiple edit bays have everything they need so the edit is always running efficiently
  • Assist editors with all needs so they are never waiting on footage, assets, or anything else
  • Oversee post-production workflow across all three series simultaneously
  • Manage media: ingest, organization, storage, and backup across all shows
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure footage arrives edit-ready
  • Manage delivery specs, QC, and final deliverable preparation for each series
  • Track editorial milestones and report status to the Show Producer
  • Build and maintain post schedules aligned with two-week episode turnarounds
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Proven Post Supervisor or AE experience on multi-episode unscripted or documentary productions
  • Able to keep multiple edit bays operating efficiently at once — that is the core of this job
  • Deep technical knowledge of Avid, Premiere, and post-production infrastructure
  • Editors are never waiting because of you — that is the standard
  • Experience managing delivery specs for major networks and streamers
  • Fast at troubleshooting technical issues without disrupting editorial momentum
  • Calm, resourceful, and highly communicative under deadline pressure
  • Fast-turnaround production experience is essential
