What you'll do Work-load distribution within the shift Assignment of tasks and jobs to each team member Supervision of the work done by the shift, workers and GAP leaders Technical assistance to the team and GAP leaders Check-up quality problems, report them, find solutions together with team or superior if necessary; close comunication with Head of Production Comunication with the customer, problem solving, and if quality is not available, responsible for solving quality problems at the customer, able to stop production if necessary Solve basic mantainance problems.
