Production Supervisor

Oversee all daily activities across converting and kitting lines, ensuring labor is assigned effectively and team allocation is adjusted in real-time based on fluctuating workloads.

Daily Rhythm:

Lead start-of-shift meetings to align the team on safety protocols, production targets, and critical customer priorities.

Efficiency:

Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks to ensure strict adherence to the production schedule and maximize throughput.

Quality & Technical Oversight Standards Adherence:

Ensure all operators strictly follow work instructions, packaging specifications, and engineering drawings.

Quality Control:

Verify first-article inspections and in-process checks (e.g., foam density, cut accuracy, and corrugate strength).

Continuous Improvement:

Partner with the Quality team to perform root-cause analysis on nonconformities and implement permanent corrective actions.
