Schedule:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3 days on, 2 days off rotation) Position Summary The Production Line Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor during assigned shifts. This role ensures that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to production team members while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of production line employees during shift Monitor workflow to ensure production targets and deadlines are met Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and efficiency Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns as needed Maintain accurate production records and reports Communicate effectively with management and other shifts to ensure smooth operations Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required (plastic manufacturing preferred) Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to work overnight shifts and a rotating schedule Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
