As a key leader on the construction site, you will coordinate crews, manage materials, and ensure that all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive the success of our seal coating operations, delivering durable and visually appealing surfaces for our clients. This role offers an energetic environment where proactive leadership and technical skills come together to produce outstanding results. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate seal coat crews to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Oversee the preparation of surfaces, application of seal coats, and finishing processes in accordance with industry best practices Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies, promoting a safe work environment at all times Manage project schedules, track progress and resource allocation Monitor material inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling of materials including sealants and asphalt products Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly Skills Experience with operation and maintenance of Seal Coating equipment, including but not limited to spray rigs, blowers, brushes, squeegees Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on asphalt or pavement sealing projects Familiarity with contracts management and adherence to OSHA safety standards Ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Drivers license required Join us as a Seal Coat Foreman where your leadership transforms asphalt surfaces into durable works of art!
