$80k-$95K Job Summary & Job Duties Supervise day-to-day production activities at NxEdge's San Carlos site, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to quality standards. Lead, coach, and support production teams; reinforce standard work, training, and accountability. Drive continuous improvement and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and support on-time delivery. Provide regular updates, metrics, and reporting to management.

Responsible for the oversight of the manufacturing process to ensure safety, accuracy, quality and on-time delivery.

• Provide manufacturing process improvements and make recommendations on solutions to process improvements.
• Capable of providing an analysis and recommend solutions to the manufacturing process.
• Deep knowledge of advanced cleaning technology and manufacturing procedures.
• Direct and indirect oversight of production floor personnel.
• Work cross functionally with internal departments to ensure process is running efficiently to assist in completing projects on time and meet requirements.
• Prepare necessary reports for management

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience within the surface cleaning industry.

• Must have experience troubleshooting process and development of cleaning processes that are efficient and effective.
• Must have experience in managing personnel with chemical cleaning backgrounds.
• Must have working knowledge of advance surface technology and processes.
• Related degree preferred or hands on working knowledge. Must be able to travel between NxEdge sites
• Good written and verbal skill required. Able to take detailed and well-organized notes to summarize meeting results, agreements, action items, and problems.
• Schedules and runs meetings and conference calls effectively.
• Presents professional image inside and outside company.
