Job Description
Who are we looking for? We are a relatively new product engineering and manufacturing company seeking a manufacturing expert to lead our production team. You will need to have a solid manufacturing background and broad experience on the production floor. Required Experience Broad experience in all aspects of the production environment and manufacturing processes Lead a team of production workers, providing training, guidance, and motivation to meet daily production goals. Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols, testing procedures, and quality specifications. Oversee inventory management operations Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance coordination as needed. Maintain accurate documentation related to production logs, shipping records, and quality control reports. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate logistics, inbound and outbound Requirements Proven experience in production or manufacturing with a strong mechanical aptitude Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and testing procedures. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. CA Driver's license
