The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and logistics skills. This role offers an opportunity to manage a team of technicians, coordinate project timelines, and ensure high-quality service delivery in the restoration industry. The Restoration Foreman plays a critical role in maintaining safety standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering effective restoration solutions. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restoration projects including water damage, fire damage, and lead abatement. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment to ensure proper application and safety compliance. Manage team members by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing training on packing techniques such as wrapping, boxing, and preparing items for transport. Conduct site assessments to determine scope of work and develop project plans. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, materials used, and safety procedures. Coordinate with subcontractors or specialists for specialized services such as piano movers/tuners, grandfather clock, pool table, pinball, etc. Ensure proper cleanup and disposal of contents and materials following environmental regulations. Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. General knowledge of safety procedures. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project management. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Industry certifications (IICRC) or training in restoration practices are preferred but not required. Valid driver's license is required.
