Overview A high‑volume fresh‑food processing facility in Tracy is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, excels at people leadership, and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production activities for a team of up to 100 employees across multiple lines or shifts Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance, safety, and quality standards Ensure production goals are met by managing workflow, staffing, and resource allocation Monitor product quality and enforce food safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Partner with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations Promote a safe working environment through consistent enforcement of safety policies and regular inspections Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, food processing, or a related industry Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and stand for extended periods Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team‑oriented environment Comprehensive benefits package Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tracy, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $76000.00/yr. Company Benefits after 60 days - 1st of the month. 401k, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Roth IRA, vacation 80 hours a year, 6 paid holidays, Sick pay 40 hours after 60 days Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Tracy,CA.
