This role supports operational goals focused on productivity, yield optimization, product quality, and equipment performance.
M-F 2PM - 10PM
(2nd shift) Supervise frontline packaging staff and shift leads by setting clear daily expectations and performance goals Oversee high-speed automated packaging lines to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently Manage staffing responsibilities including hiring input, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective actions Coordinate and support line changeovers while minimizing downtime, waste, and product loss Develop and maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Plan staffing schedules, workload distribution, and task assignments Identify training needs and ensure employees meet certification requirements Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, downtime, throughput, labor efficiency, yield, defects, and waste reduction Remain composed under pressure and communicate effectively with management during operational challenges Drive employee engagement and motivate teams toward continuous improvement Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives Identify operational trends and proactively address potential issues Ensure compliance with GMP standards and industry best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
