Production Lead

Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example and supervise production team members during assigned shifts Monitor workflow, production schedules, and output to meet targets Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies Train, mentor, and support production staff to improve performance Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams Maintain accurate production records and reports Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes Oversee the fines process when in production Heavy lifting, sweeping, and keeping facility floors clean

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus Forklift, front end loader experience strongly preferred Bilingual strongly preferred (English/Spanish) We are hiring for multiple shifts, day and afternoon
