Full Job Description Qualifications:

Roofing, 2 years (Preferred) Sol Vista Roofing is a high-growth Denver area roofing company. We pride ourselves on quality roof construction and unmatched customer service. We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to assist our roofing operations. This position will require work to take place at company jobsites, with some company office time also needed. The Production Supervisor is an important part of our production team, and is critical to make sure our construction projects go smoothly. This role will help with pre-project planning, day-of project on-site management, material runs, capturing photos, ladder setting, minor repairs, and project close-out. We are looking for someone who is process minded to keep our operations running well. We need a skilled professional that has a problem-solving mentality. We are a small and growing company, and this position will have growth potential for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of residential and commercial roof construction
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills needed

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with on-site management of residential and commercial roofing projects and repairs Interact with customers to provide them professional updates regarding their roofing projects Project photographs

• retrieve before, during, and after project photos for each job, fulfilling project photograph checklist Organizing and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment Supporting the loading and unloading of materials Assisting with project setup Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Acquires all necessary permits while adhering to specific City/County regulations to ensure all projects are completed in accordance to those regulations Inspects ongoing roofing projects and documents progress and completion Sets and retrieves ladders for city building inspections Assists the service department technicians when needed Inspects job sites to ensure that adherence to all safety compliance regulations are in place Upon completion of a project verifies that all materials and equipment have been removed from the site and that project was completed per specification (quality assurance) Provides any needed support and communication to all departments within the company and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other duties as needed.
