• THURSDAY

Actively monitor automation equipment and part quality Perform daily paint parameter checks. Complete all required quality checks at their set frequencies. Oversee maintenance activities and ensure PM's are completed within the required timelines. Train operators in automation procedures and quality standards. Input all collected system checks, quality checks, paint usage, program changes, and PM tracking data into excel. Maintains solid communication with the Quality Assurance Department. Load appropriate materials for production. Cleans and maintains department areas. Adhere to appropriate safety procedures. Responsible for using tools/equipment in a safe manner. Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of materials. Ensure all daily production demands are completed. May assist other production needs if called upon. Other duties as assigned by management.
