On-Site What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a production floor team daily Schedule and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery Monitor production records and drive continuous improvement Enforce safety regulations and quality standards Serve as the point of contact for customer order updates Collaborate with purchasing, scheduling, and quality teams

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a manufacturing environment Proven supervisory and management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read work orders and production documentation Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality High school diploma or equivalent required Coating experience a plus — but not required Pay is based on your experience: $20.00
