This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while driving operational efficiency across production lines.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alternate Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift) 1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply 3+ years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production operations, workflow planning, and staffing Experience managing safety, quality, and production performance metrics Ability to supervise and motivate production teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems 2. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production operations and manufacturing staff . Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards . Coordinate staffing, workflow, and production scheduling to maximize efficiency. Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime. Train, coach, and develop employees to maintain high performance and productivity.
Pay:
$68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
