Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing and assembly operations and ensure efficient production processes. In this role, you will oversee teams that transform raw material and component parts into finished products ready for fulfillment from Arcadia or distribution inventory for two other US-based locations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across multiple assembly lines, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Lead, motivate, and train team members on equipment, processes, safety procedures, and quality expectations Monitor manufacturing processes, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot issues promptly. Monitor production output, downtime, scrap, and overall performance metrics Collaborate with fulfillment, inventory, maintenance, and leadership teams to support overall operational goals Support inventory inventory accuracy through proper tracking and reporting of materials and finished product output throughout production processes Ensure products are manufactured and assembled according to company quality standards and specifications Assist with onboarding and performance evaluations Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial operations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and safety regulations. Warehouse experience is preferred to manage material flow efficiently. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual (preferred)
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
