What You'll Do Lead and manage day-to-day operations of assigned rolling mill area
Champion safety and ensure compliance with all safety standards
Drive performance against KPIs including throughput, yield, downtime, quality, and cost
Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly employees
Coordinate with maintenance and reliability to maximize uptime
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
Support production scheduling and plant coordination
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Support capital planning and operational strategy
Build a culture of accountability, communication, and teamwork
What You'll Need Minimum 5 years of rolling mill or steel manufacturing experience
Leadership experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong understanding of rolling mill processes and equipment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven leadership and team development capability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate across departments
Your Education Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
