Part- Time Residence Supervisor for a Ballet Boarding School The HARID Conservatory Boca Raton, FL Job Details Part-time $18.50 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Working with high schoolers Bachelor's degree Performing background checks Leadership School bus driving Full Job Description Full Job Description The HARID Conservatory Part-time employment opportunity (Starting August 18, 2025) Residence Supervisor The HARID Conservatory seeks a part-time, non-resident supervisor to work in its student residence hall. HARID is a privately funded, residential high school for gifted young dancers, located in Boca Raton, Florida. Students are recruited from across the United States and from other countries through a stringent audition process. All students live on campus in Russo Hall. Part-time residence supervisors are employed for both HARID's Summer Intensive (mid-June through mid-July) and academic year (mid-August through the end of the May).
Duties and responsibilities include:
Effectively carrying out the various administrative and operational tasks and procedures established to promote the safety of the students and the efficient operation of the residence hall. Supervising and caring for the students in residence and, as required, during cultural field trips and recreational outings. Providing the students with local transportation utilizing HARID's school bus and vans. Participating in the planning and execution of residence-hall programs and activities. Enforcing the established policies, procedures, rules, and expectations that govern student life and conduct. Remuneration and benefits provided by HARID include: A starting hourly wage eighteen Dollars ($18.50). The option of having breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as served by HARID's food service provider, while working. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor degree (or higher), experience in residence-life leadership, and an active and healthy lifestyle. (A criminal-background check is a required of all new employees, including proof of driving records.)
