New England Machinery is seeking a talented and passionate person to lead our Fabrication team in Bradenton, Florida. The Fabrication Manager is responsible for the performance and output of machining, welding, and fabrication operations supporting machine builds, rebuilds, and service requirements. This role owns throughput, capacity planning, and quality of fabricated parts, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved. Reporting directly to the VP/General Manager, this position leads fabrication operations, controls labor and resource allocation, and ensures the organization consistently delivers complete, accurate parts on time while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role is a key part of the NEM leadership team, participating in strategy sessions and executing on business plans. #LI-MM1
